Dark Matter eLiquid
Enjoy the wonderful flavor of our latest VapeSafe eLiquid - Dark Matter.
Dark Matter tastes like German chocolate cake. For those of you who have not had the fortunate to try a piece German chocolate cake recently, this is a great way to experience the flavor without getting any of the calories. German chocolate cake is a layered cake filled and topped with a coconut-pecan frosting. Traditionally sweet baking chocolate is used for the chocolate flavor in the actual cake. The robust filling and topping is a caramel made with egg yolks and evaporated milk. Once the caramel is cooked, coconut and pecans are stirred into the mixture. Finally, rich chocolate frosting is spread around the sides of the cake to hold in the filling.
Dark Matter eLiquid by VapeSafe captures the essence of German chocolate cake. Dark Matter eLiquid delivers plumes of vapor and rich chocolatey flavor that you'll want to enjoy again and again. Try Dark Matter today!

Description
This one-of-a-kind guide to balancing motherhood and work is based on actual journals kept by a group of IBM women during their visits to the company's employee lactation room.
It all began when IBM manager Cate Colburn-Smith sat down in the company's employee lactation room, shed a few silent tears, and wrote the following on a paper towel: I'm a new mom and today is my first day back at work. Is anyone else using this room?
Right away women responded, and the paper towel was eventually replaced by a series of notebooks, in which women offered one another advice and support on juggling work and a newborn. Based on the original notebooks, The Milk Memos is a heartwarming, encouraging (and often hilarious!) guide to working motherhood.
It's one of the most existential moments any woman will face: sitting in a small room tucked away in the bowels of your company, pumping breast milk for a child so close to your heart-yet, at that moment, so far away. The Milk Memos records the voices of mothers who, while struggling with the difficulties of blending their two lives, prove that women don't have to choose between work and family. Their thoughts on how it can be done will inspire women everywhere. This invaluable book weaves the actual Milk Memos journal entries with information-packed sections on such topics of great concern to working moms as:
- finding a private place to pump breast milk at work and establishing a routine that you can maintain despite your busy workday; - establishing the right daycare solution; - getting a decent night's sleep with a new baby so that you can shine (or at least glimmer!) during business hours; and - negotiating flextime, part-time, or a job share with an employer.
The ultimate gift for any new mom who will soon return to work, The Milk Memos is destined to become a classic on the parenting shelf.

Summary: "Great book for any mom"
I bought The Milk Memos on the recommendation of a friend and even though I have decided to stay at home after the birth of my son, I really enjoyed this book. I found a lot of the information helpful even though I'm not going back to work and can relate to a lot of the challenges the milk mamas face. I think this is a great book for mothers that are going back to work, but even moms who aren't will find this book enjoyable.

Summary: "Useful AND Nonjudgemental"
I have read a few "nursing working mother" books, but this one is the best by far. I have not yet decided whether or not I will nurse when I return to work after maternity leave, and many of the books I have read seem to judge women who are undecided about this. In fact, one of the women in the book stops pumping after 6 months, and the other women are very supportive and understanding of this. It is also very funny and informative to boot. I marked quite a few pages dealing with length and method of milk storage and practical tips for making the whole process work. I enjoyed this book immensely and will refer to it again and again when/if I need encouragement to continue nursing/pumping.

Summary: "Good book, but some inaccurate information"
A great pumping companion! I enjoyed this book. It made me laugh as I pumped away. I would caution that it has some inaccurate information. The ladies in this book mostly pump only 2 times a day. This is probably why they were struggling so much with supply. La Leche League and many other resources recommend pumping every 2-3 hours, thus at least 4 times in an 8-9 hour work day. I have had supply issues and end up pumping usually 4-5 time AND have my baby come for lunch. Maybe a few women who are blessed with overabundant supply can pump only twice, but not most!! So dont listen to that part! Othwerise, its a really fun book and helps mommas who work deal with some of the issues that come with being a milk momma!!

Summary: "Helpful resource for the pumping mom"
When I returned to work after the birth of my daughter, I did not know anyone who had pumped at work. I wish I would have had this as a resource then, and would recommend this as a gift for a working mom going back to the office.
