Summary: "Cute display, but came broken"

We purchased 3 stands to hold the cards. The clip part and the arms themselves are very very delicate. One of them came broken. I tried to email in and see how to exchange or return them, but haven't gotten a response and it's been a couple weeks already. So, I definitely wouldn't recommend this item or vendor.

Summary: "Cheap and useless"

I received this product as a gift: It looks like someone made it in middle school shop class by sticking alligator clips onto car antennae. It is cheaply made and not at all functional. A real dust collector. My wife orderd it as a Christmas gift. By the time I contacted Fineartstore it was about a week past the thirty day return policy. Since the product was unopened and it was over the holidays, I thought Fineartstore would allow me to return it. They were very short and curt in their response that they would not allow us to return the product for a refund. I think consumers look for good customer service when they purchase through Amazon but not in this case. Buyer beware - you will only get poor products and poorer customer service if you do business with this company.

I purchased this product to use as a recipe holder in my kitchen. It works perfect. The legs of the holder are adjustable in height and rotate. We use this product to view all of our recipes at eye level, in one place, while we are cooking. It is a perfect recipe holder.
